Blood Bank of the Redwoods is a full-service blood center that has been serving North Bay communities 24 hours a day, seven days a week for 58 years. Methods and procedures for collecting, processing and distributing blood have changed since we began providing services in 1949. What has remained the same is the community’s commitment to helping us provide high quality blood products and services to local patients in need.

Let the Games Begin!

While the world watches the very best athletic heroes compete in Beijing, China, this summer, Blood Bank of the Redwoods is holding our very own version of the Summer Games. Donors will receive their very own passport card to keep track of blood donations this summer. Bronze, silver and gold level prizes will be awarded.
